We are looking for two experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialists to join a team supporting a large-scale platform modernization initiative. This hybrid position (3 days onsite at 222 Jarvis St., 2 days remote) offers a dynamic environment focused on enhancing digital products and services.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, a strong understanding of test methodologies, and familiarity with accessibility standards such as AODA and WCAG 2.1. You will be responsible for end-to-end quality assurance, from test planning to defect management and reporting.Advantages

– Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.– Perform detailed manual testing, identifying and documenting defects using Jira.– Ensure accessibility compliance (AODA, WCAG 2.1) across applications and interfaces.– Validate data integrity using SQL queries and backend verification.– Prepare test documentation including traceability matrices, testing summaries, and defect logs.– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and address issues throughout the testing lifecycle.QualificationsMust Have:– Experience with Manual Testing.
– 5+ years of experience in manual testing across various testing types (functional, non-functional, UAT
– Experience using tools like Jira to track and manage defects.

– Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Desirable Skills:
