Job Description:As the Senior Manager – US Tax you will prepare U.S. GAAP quarterly and annual income tax provisions to support public reporting and stand -alone financial statement requirements. Additionally, the Senior Manager – US Tax will:

• Ensure appropriate internal controls are executed
• Maintain regulatory tax accounts and manage amortization of excess deferred income tax
• Support the regulatory filing and forecasting process to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Assist in long-term tax forecasting and annual tax expense budgeting
• Ensure local income tax provisions are appropriately recorded on a timely basis
• Work with financial statement and government tax auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
• Provide technical tax support for sales and property tax matter
• Assist in tax research and planning assignments

TMGCTJob Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree and CPA designation
• Completion of CPA In-Depth Tax Program
• Strong financial accounting knowledge
• Skilled in Canadian income tax software, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and other common software applications
