Our Senior Underwriters customize solutions for our commercial clients when they need insurance products to cover construction, property and auto and more. They work closely with our extensive broker network to develop unique solutions for all classes of risk.

As a Senior Underwriter you are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our brokers – this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered, and in-person broker meetings are regularly penned into their calendars. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development from our more experienced underwriters to help grow your appetite of risks.

You’re great at:

• Underwriting
• Sales & Negotiation
• Building relationships

You have:

• 5+ years of Underwriting experience
• Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations
• Strong customer service background
• Team-first mentality
