Job Title: Service EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer with over 2 years of experience to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage various day-to-day operations related to the integration and operation of our radio communication system. This role requires following ITIL-based processes to manage equipment, incidents, and lead meetings. You will build dashboards and tracking tools for customer and management use and maintain communication with sub-contractors, third-party suppliers, and customers.Responsibilities

• Manage various aspects of daily operations including incident coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and meetings.
• Provide assistance to the call center and subcontractors.
• Work autonomously, relying on personal judgment to achieve desired results.
• Evaluate situations and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure the performance, accuracy, quality, integrity, and security of operations.
• Communicate efficiently with customers, subcontractors, and teammates.
• Assess various situations quickly and respond using expertise in logic and diagnosis.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the radiocommunication field and/or IT.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and oral.
• Strong expertise in logic, diagnostics, and communication.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Google Productivity Suite (G Suite).
• Familiarity with the equipment used to support communication systems (radio systems).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with project coordination.
• Understanding of hardware and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MSI equipment is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThis position is remote with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The work environment is a home office setting. The role is temporary with the potential for permanent hire for the right candidate.
