Nutrition in the context promoting health, preventing disease, and managing illness will be the focus, incorporating tools and knowledge about healthy food choices and dietary habits based on scientific evidence. Current nutritional issues will also be discussed.This course is offered in person with up to 80 students. Online synchronous delivery of this course may be considered if no suitable candidates for in-person instruction.The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree or PhD in dietetics or related health science with relevant university teaching experience.
