POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Shipper Receiver to join our dynamic team at our Factory Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of tools and equipment, ensuring accurate logging into our computer systems, and maintaining efficient processes. This role goes beyond basic pick and pack duties, requiring a strong aptitude for technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new processes.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately log tools and equipment into the system using computer software
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all items are properly documented and accounted for
Maintaining an efficient repair queue and prioritizing key customers. Same day shipment of all completed repairs
Maintaining an extremely organized and safe work environment within the warehouse
Completing instant repair/replacements
Inventory cycle counts
Utilize technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the service center operations
Requirements
Minimum Education – High School Diploma
Shipping/Receiving experience
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Self-driven and the passion to be your best day in and day out
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
Detail-oriented with excellent key-entry speed and accuracy
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required
Overtime may be a requirement
