Logistics Manager – ManufacturingWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping Manager to oversee and coordinate all outbound logistics and shipping operations at our client’s manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate shipment of products while maintaining compliance with all regulations and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily shipping operations, including carrier coordination, scheduling, and documentationMonitor inventory levels and assign warehouse personnel to replenish stock levels and update inventory recordsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesManage physical inventory countsSet up stock transfers to other warehousesSupervise and lead the shipping team to meet performance and safety standardsEnsure accurate order fulfillment, packaging, and labelingMaintain shipping records and track KPIs for efficiency and cost controlCollaborate with production, inventory, and customer service teams to align schedules and prioritiesEnsure compliance with all transportation, safety, and export regulationsQualifications:5+ years of experience in a shipping/logistics management role within manufacturingStrong understanding of domestic and international shipping regulationsProficient in logistics software and ERP systemsExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skillsFor more information reach out to Ross Evans at 226-336-8158or send your resume with your employment history to ross@solidsolutionscanada.ca
