Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing Work Orders and Repair Orders.
  • Receive and ship customer units with regards to the proper paperwork.
  • Final check of paperwork and unit condition before returned to customer.
  • Comparing customer units to paperwork provided by customer (PO).
  • Dealing with customer issues.
  • No paperwork, missing paperwork, etc.
  • Data entry.
  • Organization, cleanliness, appearance of the counter.
  • Searching Quantum for proper placement of customer units:
  • In-house or sent out for repair.
  • Which tech carries out the repair.
  • Previous work orders.
  • What the cost of the previous unit repaired.
  • Search AEA for exchange and outright prices and provide a copy with the Work Order.
  • Organization of AOG and RUSH units.
  • Filing maintenance.
  • Keeping track of Repair Orders and following up on Repair Orders.
  • Confirm and sign for deliveries place in receiving, on occasion.
  • Unload deliveries as required ensuring receiving is notified and given the weigh bill of shipment, on occasion.
  • Responsible for picking parts for work orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Genial, friendly manner; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production or stores environment.
  • Aviation or Automotive experience is considered an asset.
