The Headlines :

In the role of you will be part of the Marketing Activation and Customer Solutions team. You’ll be the executional customer expert and own the execution of the Perfect Store strategy for assigned customers. You’ll hold a robust understanding of the shopping environment and know the best way to create disruption and conversion with shoppers.

This position reports to the Sr. Customer Solutions Manager and is based out of Toronto.

The Responsibilities:

  • You will support planning of the Perfect Store strategy at customer level ensuring the effective execution of retail strategies and overall brand representation in stores.

  • You will develop marketing tools aimed at enhancing in-store conditions throughout the path of purchase.

  • You will create and deploy of everyday POS

  • You will execute the sampling activation strategy

  • You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the Perfect Store strategy and execution processes.

  • You’ll collaborate with various departments, including shopper marketing, customer marketing, sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless implementation.

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

  • You have strong project management skills, including planning, problem solving, and organizational skills

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in any related field.

  • You have at least 1 year experience in sales and/or cross functional commercial experience.

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

  • You have creative and innovative thinking to challenge the expected

  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow .

  • You have a proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint software
