On behalf of our Healthcare client based in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Site analyst / Project Manager (x5) to join our client’s team on a contract basis.Summary of the Role:Working on the Digital Health Innovation team, a digital transformation program focusing on the end user and the end-to-end health services journey for everyone in British Columbia.
The role will include working closely with Business Analysts, Project Coordinators, etc., will play a key role in leading project activations, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes

  • Lead project(s) and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate with clinics, hospital staff, physicians, and other stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, Health Authorities, Doctors of BC, and vendors, to ensure project success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining open communication, and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively to mitigate potential negative impacts on project outcomes
  • Coordinate and chair project meetings, facilitating effective communication among project resources, and documenting findings and recommendations
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and relevant committees on project progress
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records, to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Manage project scope changes and obtain necessary approvals
  • Control project financials, resource usage, issues, and risks

Skills and Experience Required for the Role:

  • Five (5) years’ recent, related experience in project management and facilitating consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups, including the vendor community
  • Extensive experience communicating with clinical/non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and other stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously
  • Proven leadership abilities and a strong track record
  • Forward-thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of how various technologies fit together in a provincial health ecosystem to deliver services
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
