Job Title: Skilled Laborer

Job Description

Since 1994, we have specialized in supplying and installing sports infrastructure projects in gymnasiums, sports/recreation facilities, and ice arenas. We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team and contribute to our diverse and exciting projects.

Responsibilities

• Install maple, vinyl, and poured floors.

• Perform fine trimming, edging, and finishing, especially with dasherboards.

• Work with a variety of materials, with a focus on plastic.

• Install equipment such as hanging basketball hoops.

• Drill into walls as needed.

• Apply problem-solving skills to handle project challenges.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience

• Construction knowledge

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Carpentry skills

• Flooring installation experience

• Experience as a carpenter’s helper

• Finish carpentry skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with sports flooring is highly desirable but not required

• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes

• Willingness to travel throughout the year to various locations in North America

Work Environment

Starting wage ranges from $28-30 per hour, with potential to increase to $36 per hour for those with specific sports flooring experience. We cover accommodations and provide a daily living allowance when traveling.
