Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Clients team in Hamilton. This role is ideal for those with a strong background in various trades, including Forklift Operators, Mechanical and Electrical Assemblers, Material Handlers, Maintenance, Millwrights, CNC Machinists, CNC Operators, Electricians, and more.

The successful candidates will have valid certifications or experience in their respective field and want to join a fast growing, team environment.

Duties

• Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to complete projects accurately.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
• Perform repairs on equipment as necessary
• Complete Electrical work, audits or repairs as required.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on job sites.
• Other duties as required by trade or position

Requirements

• Proven experience in skilled trades
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
• Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on job sites is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
