Position:Software Development Intern

Description du rôle:

Le/la stagiaire intégrera l’équipe interactifs et participera au développement des logiciels qui constituent nos installations interactives. Il/Elle sera également impliqué(e) dans le développement d’outils et de composants réutilisables utilisés à travers de multiples projets. Cela impliquera du développement web ou via des moteurs de jeu, ainsi que du développement back-end. Une excellente communication écrite est requise.

Responsabilités:

• Développer et maintenir les applications interactives et les outils qui les supportent

• Documenter le code et les projets et communiquer quotidiennement sur son progrès et ses obstacles

• Observer les bonnes pratiques de développement et prendre part aux tests afin de livrer des logiciels de qualité

Job Specifications

The intern will integrate the interactive team and participate in the development of software that powers our interactive installations. They will also be involved in the development of tools and reusable components that are used across multiple projects. This will involve web development or game engines, as well as back-end development. Good written communication is a must.

Intern Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of interactive applications and the tools that support them

• Document code and projects and communicate daily on progress and obstacles

• Observe best practices and participate in testing in order to deliver quality software

Location: Montreal

Duration: 06/09/2025 – 08/15/2025

Compensation: $18/hr.

Schedule: Interns are scheduled to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift dependent on projects and business needs

Qualifications

To qualify for this internship, you must meet the following:

Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent in a related field:

• Computer Engineering

• Software Development

• Technical Theatre

• Graduating in between December 2024 – May 2026

• GPA: 2.8 or Above

• Familiarity with basic computer applications and software
