The Digital Customer Experience (dCX) team creates consumer-grade digital experiences and products that help our customers and partners be successful and realize the value of their ServiceNow investment. Leveraging the latest technologies, and built on ServiceNow’s intelligent platform, we deliver a seamless, personalized experience at every step of our customers’ journey. As a Software Engineer within Digital Technology you will build high-quality, secure code that’s scalable and reusable. Grow our business by bringing internal products to the world and find new ways to simplify how employees and customers work. Implement software that empowers internal customers to extend what it can do to meet their specific needs, as our own “customer zero.”

*What you get to do in this role:  *

  • Code Excellence : Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while adhering to software engineering best practices (e.g., Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration).

  • Analyze Data by collecting, preprocessing, and preparing datasets to support robust model training and evaluation.

  • Own Development : Partner with product owners to understand requirements and own the end-to-end development process—from design and implementation to testing and delivering a high-quality product.

  • Innovate : Contribute to designing and launching new features and products while enhancing and refining the existing product suite.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience : 2+ years of experience with technologies like Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Angular JS, React, etc. .

  • Technical Skills : Strong front-end development capabilities and ability to collaborate with on-shore and off-shore engineers

  • Soft Skills : Strong written and verbal communication, exceptional documentation abilities, and an aptitude for learning and collaboration.

  • Problem-Solving : Ability to prioritize effectively and focus on high-impact activities while staying organized and proactive.

  • Passion for Innovation : Enthusiasm for research, technology, and driving forward AI/ML solutions in a dynamic environment.
