Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-Time Specialist, Compensation to join our dynamic Total Rewards team in our People, Culture and Performance division in Ottawa, Ontario.Our Total Rewards team designs and manages programs and practices that reflect and reinforce our organization’s commitment to attracting, motivating, and retaining talented, engaged, and productive employees.Reporting to the Associate Director, Total Rewards, you will play a significant role in planning, designing, managing, communicating and implementing effective compensation programs, including salary structures, performance pay, job evaluation and related projects and policies. Your focus is on supporting the Total Rewards needs of the business that support our Employee Value Proposition by providing solutions to attract, retain, motivate and engage employees, and promote organization citizenship among employees.Formula for success
