A minimum of 10 years of experience in the following:
Planning and organizing testing efforts for both large and small systems in GUI and non GUI environments
Experience in planning, organizing and implementing testing efforts at the specified levels of proficiency
Knowledge and experience in the use of DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Experience in coding automated test scripts to produce sets of automated test cases
The ability to prepare summary and detail reports describing testing activities
Experience with business clients, supporting user acceptance testing and participating in UAT activities
Experience working with/within Service Oriented Architecture and testing web services.
Experience working with client customer support representatives to assist in data set up for training and
Other Requirements
Agile process experience – Scrum, User Stories, CI, TDD, Automated Tests, etc.
Execution of functional tests, non-functional tests, and systems level integration tests
Extensive knowledge of procedures and techniques for testing web based, online, batch, client server systems and web services
Experience in requirements and test plan walkthroughs and in carrying out static testing
Experience at the specified experience level in setting up user access and user profiles, backup and recovery, and day-to-day computer systems operations.
Experience working with client customer support representatives to assist in data set up for training and implementation
Preferred Experience working with Applications that automate internal Government Business Processes
