This position will be part of the Rogers Business Base Management team. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for the development and implementation of a variety of initiatives that will allow the team to drive revenue from Small and Medium Business customers. The Sr. Analyst will be an instrumental contributor in creating and implementing programs with a particular focus on generating incremental revenue from customer base.

The successful candidate must have an unwavering attention to detail, a desire to find answers, strong analytical skills, and experience working with SAS datasets.

This 15-month contract position is a great opportunity to shine, work with a collaborative team and make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing :

• Develop and support the execution of upsell, cross-sell, retention, and winback programs for Wireless products.

• Assist in development of quarterly plan to hit revenue targets in Small Business and executes from concept to channel implementation.

• Analyze base revenue opportunities (region, cohorts, life cycle, industry etc) to understand impact to P&L and provide recommendations accordingly.

• Execute and manage timeline of project deliverables, ensuring base revenue programs are launch successfully as planned.

• Lead analysis to assess program effectiveness and suggest opportunities for program improvements (PIR).

• Assess customer-based data, financial data, demand trends, and industry dynamics to identify and action new initiative.

• Analyze business requirements and find actionable, value-added solutions to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

What you will bring :

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Statistics, or Finance – or equivalent experience.

  • Refined analytical, and database marketing skills.

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Databricks, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent written and oral communication.

  • Strong project management skills and proven experience. Experienced with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Solid relationship building and influencing skills, with a proven ability to work with cross-functional team.

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Two to five years of telecommunications Industry experience preferred.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
