This opportunity will involve establishing a heightened marketing and brand presence for Disney +. We are seeking a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager who will collaborate with the local Disney+ leads and Global Growth Marketing teams, all while collaborating effectively with U.S. based functional groups.Status: Full TimeResponsibilities:Lead the development, management and execution of the Canadian Brand Marketing strategy for Disney+, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.Work with and support the Canadian Disney+ team to define and execute a Canadian strategy and deliver regional marketing plans with a consistent brand voice, style, and tone.Build a social strategy for existing and emerging channels to deliver data-driven recommendations for new creative strategies.Develop and lead comprehensive media campaigns across multiple platforms.Work closely with Growth Marketing to help oversee the Canadian brand marketing strategy including programmatic display, paid search, paid social, lifecycle, affiliate marketing and synergy opportunities.Developing and manage the Brand priority calendar.Support local Disney+ brand health and customer preference market research studies.Manage post campaign analysis and reports while sharing results and recommendations.Work closely with the analytics team to ensure tracking is in place for appropriate campaign measurements and use attribution modelling to assess and optimize channels and campaigns.Analyze and present results as it relates to marketing campaigns to provide guidance and real-time direction for the content marketing teams.Direct and supervise external agencies.Supervising brand advertising and product design.Manage relationships with key internal and external partners.Manage special marketing projects as directed.Requirements:Minimum 7 + years of brand/related marketing experience.Significant professional experience managing brand marketing campaigns.Experience with social media marketing accelerating channel growth organically / paid.Proficiency with running large marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep analytics, and performance monitoring.Established relationships with Canadian media companies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage trends that drive actionable insights & recommendations.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work under pressure & meet deadlines with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both local and remote stakeholdersEducation:Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or equivalentOur Company proudly provides equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants.
