This position offers an exciting opportunity to impact business decisions and steer financial strategy.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Deliver in-depth analysis on financial performance, variances, and key metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership
• Understand and interpret financial reports, offering insights to optimize processes and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to support decision-making regarding investments, acquisitions, and other financial strategies
• Monitor market trends and assess financial risks and opportunities to align with corporate goals.
• Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and developing operational KPIs.
