We are seeking a lawyer to join our team as Senior legal Counsel in Calgary Alberta or Edmonton Alberta office.
This position will report an Associate General Counsel in the LP & Corporate law group of Enbridge’s Law Department, and will be a member of a small team of in-house lawyers who provide legal support our Strategic Projects & Partnerships group, Commercial Strategy and Business Development groups, System Optimization and Customer Service groups and Low Carbon Development group.
Particular focus of this position will be providing legal support with respect to antitrust/competition laws in connection with M&A transactions and business development projects on matters related to providing corporate and commercial support of pipeline transportation and storage transactions, commercial transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
