These principles foster a vibrant workplace culture, where appreciation and a strong sense of community flourish.MindBridge is seeking a Senior Manager of Field and Account-Based Marketing to drive overarching strategy and execution across two critical functions: Events and Account-Based Marketing to drive overarching strategy and execution across two critical functions—Field & Event Marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. This role will lead a team, including an Event Marketing Manager and an ABM Manager, ensuring that all programs and campaigns align with business objectives, generate pipeline, and deliver strong ROI.In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales, product marketing, and other cross-functional partners to develop integrated, data-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B marketing experience (7+ years), a proven track record of building high-impact marketing programs, and strong team leadership skills. This position will report to the VP, Revenue Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that integrates events (in-person, virtual, hybrid) and ABM programs aimed at collaborating with the sales team, driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and direction to the Event Marketing Manager and ABM Manager, ensuring goals, KPIs, and timelines are met or exceeded.

Event Marketing

  • Own the overall event marketing calendar, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, roadshows, and executive roundtables.
  • Ensure each event aligns with broader marketing goals and brand standards, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize event selection, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Oversee event budgets, vendor negotiations, and performance metrics (e.g., attendance, lead generation, cost per lead, pipeline contribution).
  • Limited local and international travel is required to support internal meetings and external event.

Account-Based Marketing Oversight

  • Develop and refine ABM strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Guide the ABM Manager in identifying target accounts, creating account-specific programs, and personalizing outreach for high-value prospects.
  • Ensure ABM efforts are measured against defined KPIs (account engagement, pipeline creation, deal velocity), and that learnings are translated into continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a key partner to Sales leadership, aligning on strategic priorities, revenue targets, and territory/account segmentation.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure all event and ABM materials are on-brand, compelling, and mapped to customer pain points.
  • Coordinate with Demand Generation and Digital Marketing teams to integrate event and ABM efforts into broader multi-channel campaigns.

Team Management & Development

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but growing team, creating a high-performance culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and identify professional development opportunities to grow the team’s capabilities.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Establish and maintain dashboards and reports to track event ROI, ABM metrics, and overall pipeline impact.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities for future investment.
  • Create a culture of experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and other agile marketing practices to optimize strategies.

Budget Management

  • Oversee budgets for both Event Marketing and ABM functions, ensuring allocations align with business priorities and deliver measurable returns.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, monitor spend, and identify cost-savings or investment opportunities to maximize ROI.

Industry Knowledge & Innovation

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, event marketing best practices, ABM methodologies, and relevant technologies (e.g., marketing automation, ABM platforms, event management software).
  • Champion innovative approaches and emerging tools that can enhance the team’s effectiveness and competitiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on event marketing, ABM, or demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience); MBA or master’s degree a plus.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing a marketing team, ideally spanning multiple functions.
  • Track record of setting clear goals and mentoring staff to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategic marketing initiatives that are both creative and data-driven.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting; capable of turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot), and ABM solutions (6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, etc.).
  • Experience with event management software/platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
