The Senior Manager of Real Estate is responsible for negotiations for new stores, expansions, relocations, and renewals within our vast Central Canada Shoppers Drug Mart and Lifemark portfolio. The position of Senior Manager consists of coordination between the different teams (market analytics, construction, legal services, operations and external consultants) involved in the development of the network. The work requires travel to all major markets within Central Canada.Responsibilities:
