If yes, Apply Soon!Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Sr. Program Manager/Sr. Project Manager-Payments.Desired Skill Set:
- Sr. Program Manager/Sr. Project Manager with extensive experience managing large, complex projects.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Managed projects with budgets of $ 8 million or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats, balancing both Project Management and Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Previous experience working at FI is strongly preferred.
- Application background is essential, with some experience in infrastructure and network areas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to manage change effectively.
- Cool-headed, adaptable to a constantly changing environment, and able to manage changes and pushbacks while not being afraid to challenge decisions when necessary.
- Some experience with Triage work.
- Familiarity with Planview or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with experience in payment projects, but open to candidates with varied project experience.
