– Provide support to members of the Leadership and project teams, including documentation, project controls, KPIs, forecasting
– Responsible for coordinating reports and documentation that support the collection of and review of initiatives within the portfolio
– Assist with communicating relevant and up to date departmental information to various stakeholders and team members
– Assist with documentation reviews/proofreading
– Create presentations and workflow diagrams
– Other duties as assignedQualifications
– Minimum 5 years working in a project management environment, providing project support, managing work-packages and small to medium work plans and schedules.
– Minimum 3 years experience working in a technology project environment
– PMP and/or Prince2 certifications are considered an asset
– Strong writing skills specific, but not limited to, report writing, Power Point presentations, meeting minutes, emails, etc.
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Experience working with Power Point & VisioSummary
