Sr. Proposal Mgr in Canada

The purpose of the Senior Proposal Manager is to write Tier 1 and Tier 2 proposal bids. While working on multiple complex proposals, develop proposal solutions with BDM’s and Recruiters.

Making an Impact

• Work on one Tier 1 bid per week

o Analyze resources to confirm that grid requirements are met

o Format, write and edit resume(s)

o Generate bid-ready grids using Pi Prime

• Work on one Tier 2 bid per week

o Analyze Tier 2 corporate requirements prior to bid meetings

o Develop responses to Tier 2 corporate requirements

• Perform Quality Assurance on resources, proposal shells and corporate requirements

• Track RFP progress in SharePoint, G drive and Pivotal

• Submit assigned bids to clients and complete ISO documentation

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

• Independently develop and write complex proposals for government bids

• Communicate with Sales and Recruiters to develop effective proposal plans

• Using in Microsoft Office and other tools, track RFP progress and respond to questions accordingly

Required

• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role

• Experience in complex government proposal processes
