In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about.Job SummaryAs a Student for our Human Resources team at the Senneville location, you will be completing administrative tasks related to the human resources processes as well as responding to employees’ questions.In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Completing administrative tasks for human resources processes including but not limited to employee file scanning and filing and confirmation of employment letters;
  • Responding to employee queries and provide guidance in line with internal processes and policies;
  • Providing professional and positive employee experience in a timely manner (in person, on the phone and via email).

Key ElementsWe are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:

  • Pursuing degree in Human Resources or other relevant degree;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Bilingualism (French/English) spoken and written is required.

Role Specific Information:

  • Location: 22022 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC, H9X 1C1
  • Transportation: We offer a free shuttle service from the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue train station and John Abbott College to the Senneville site. Free parking. Electric vehicle charging station /
  • Schedule: We are looking for a candidate that can work part-time (minimum 15 hrs) during the school year on weekdays and full time (37.5 hrs) during summer.
