Our research project on healthcare supply networks is brings together experts from the School of Continuing Studies, Desautels School of Management, Université du Québec en Outaouais as well as l’Institut universitaire de gériatrie de Montréal du CIUSSS Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal. Previous research experience is not necessary, however energy, rigor, work ethics, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude are absolutely mandatory.Position Summary:
The Student Research Assistant will provide essential support to in conducting an academic research project in healthcare supply networks in Northern Canadian territories. This role will involve mainly initial data gathering (public documents) and classification, assisting with a literature review and helping with the completion of administration research related paperwork. This position could be renewed upon reception of a new grant.Job details:Collect and organize data related to regional agreements, healthcare policies, and technology deployment reports.Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the collected data and identify key findings.Assist in preparing conference presentation to present case protocol for feedbackOrganize and maintain records, databases, and documentation related to the research projectAssist in preparing documents for grant applications.Perform administrative duties related to the research project.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in management, business, sociology or organizations, or a related field.Enrolled in a graduate program.Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of French and English.
