Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the appropriate department manager, the Student Services Specialist will work with youth, HCOE and District staff, and community partners to plan, coordinate, promote, and implement a school-based preparatory experience to promote post-secondary college and career readiness. Utilizing work readiness skills and education curriculum; participate in the introduction of developed services and/or materials through staff in-service training, parent training, and direct service delivery to students. Requirements / Qualifications

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Education, Experience, and Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. College coursework in education is desired and a minimum of two years of experience working in the field of family and youth. Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable, but not required. Typical computer word processing and graphics display programs.
