In this role you will be part of a team assisting in trouble shooting and researching member transactions.How you’ll be spending your time

• Supporting our Internal Solutions Centre team with understanding, troubleshooting and research assistance of member transactions
• Proactively identifying and handling risks
• Collaborating with a high-performing team on projects with tight timelines to create a positive impact on member experience
• Researching the best solutions that meet our members’ needs and improve their financial success

• One year post-secondary education in Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Registered for classes in September 2025
