We’re seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Team Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment. Lead, supervise, and support a team of 20-50 logistics agentsPlan and manage staff schedules and task distributionOnboard, train, and integrate new employees efficientlyMonitor KPI performance, identify gaps, and implement action plansOptimize workflows to boost productivity and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with safety procedures, inventory standards, and quality protocolsConduct regular audits and inspections to uphold standardsServe as a communication bridge between floor teams and managementPrepare and deliver detailed reports on team performance and operationsQualifications
University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
Significant experience in operations management, ideally in logistics, supply chain or industrial
production.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
Ability to manage a large team and drive performance.
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
Good command of data management and analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Significant experience in warehouse operations
Expertise in workplace health and safety practicesSummary
