Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to provide critical support for order management execution at a leading clients global infrastructure data centers. This role will support procurement activities from PO issuance and PO change orders to budget maintenance, funding management, and detailed tracking. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for Infrastructure supply planning, ensuring timely execution and delivery of supplies to support mass production builds at data center locations worldwide. This individual will utilize data-driven decisions to manage daily procurement and order fulfillment operations while coordinating closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of Supply Chain experience, specifically in procurement, buying/planning, or order management

Experience in supply planning, inventory optimization, and operational management

Strong understanding of procurement concepts, including PO issuance, change orders, lead times, forecasting, and PO attributes

Proficient in Excel

Knowledge of Tableau and SQL (dashboard creation, automation, maintenance)

Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups Management or leadership experience

MBA or Masters degree in a relevant field

Analytical skills/background null
