about this team
The team are responsible for the seasonal planning of Lululemon’s production requirements, translating the seasonal demand into a supply plan that best meets the business overall needs.
core responsibilities
The Supply Planning Lead supports the planning for allocated categorie(s) to ensure Supply is balanced in the optimal way to meet demand forecast taking into account Capacity, Lead time and Raw Material availability. This role may work with cross functional partners – Key Partners being – Merch, Planners, Sourcing, LLO.
This role supports ensuring plans are communicated in a timely and accurate manner highlighting risk, opportunity and recommendations. This role is responsible for managing the day to day administration and reporting of the Categorie(s) plan.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500 – $107,000; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
