Start date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:
Plan and execute product validation against requirements in R&D lab and field settings for solar inverters, batteries, and EV chargers.
Document bugs and issues, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Coordinate with project teams for resolution and verification.
Develop and enhance test infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal and external teams on hardware and software components, including interfaces and control algorithms.
Assist in developing functional requirements and translating them into technical specifications for engineering teams.
Maintain documentation accuracy using tracking tools like Confluence and JIRA.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Controls Engineering).
3+ years of design engineering experience and 2+ years in systems engineering, with a total of 5+ years in systems design and ownership of complex IoT products.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced product development environments and work collaboratively in cross-functional R&D teams.
Strong knowledge of AC circuits, including complex analysis, harmonics, and 3-phase circuits.
Experience with AC and DC sources, electronic loads, batteries, and measurement tools (oscilloscopes, power analyzers, CAN analyzers).
Familiarity with communication networks (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet) and protocols.
Basic coding and scripting skills in languages like C and Python.
Experience in testing and troubleshooting Cloud APIs.
Demonstrated systematic approach to testing execution and problem-solving.
