Talent Operations Coordinator (12 Month Fixed Term)

We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Talent Operations Team. The Talent Operations Coordinator will support the business with all coordination needs. From the hiring process through to an employee’s last day on their tour of duty at BenchSci, the successful candidate will be deeply involved in each step of the employee lifecycle. We are looking for someone who, using a people-first mindset, will naturally build strong relationships remotely, welcome BenchSciers with their approachable working style, and actively work to help their peers move with agility.You Will:
