90 hours*Hours are dependent on course enrollmentJob Description:The TA will assist the instructor in the organization of the course and of the Commedia Dell’Arte theatrical performance, which will take place at the end of the term. This will include organizing workshops on script writing and costume design, scheduling rehearsals and assisting in stage management activities, as well as developing material for the promotion of the event.Qualifications:Must be a registered graduate student (M.A. or Ph.D.) in the Italian Studies Program, in the Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at McGill University. Experience working with a theater production team and/or in organizing workshops related to Commedia Dell’Arte performances; excellent organization and communication skills; native or near-native fluency in Italian and English.Required documentation:Please include a CV and Cover letter explaining why you are the best candidate.Hourly Salary: $36.25Position Start Date: Jan 3, 2025
