As an Android tech lead, you support IT efficiency. You design, configure, administer, maintain and upgrade mobile apps. What you bring to the tableBachelor’s degree in a related fieldA minimum of six years of relevant experiencePlease note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be consideredKnowledge of French is requiredAdvanced proficiency with Android Studio and app toolsAdvanced proficiency with Material Design and UXKnowledge of various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)In-depth knowledge of the Android ecosystemKnowledge of Android architecture components (LiveData, Flow, Coroutine, Lifecycle-aware components, Room)Knowledge of Jetpack ComposeKnowledge of common Android architecture patterns: MVP, MVVM, MVCKnowledge of current libraries: Retrofit, Firebase, Moshi, GlideKnowledge of Git source code managerKnowledge of reactive programming, observer pattern and RxJava/RxKotlinKnowledge of Koin dependency injectionKnowledge of ProguardKnowledge of continuous integration practices (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Gradle)Expertise in development with KotlinExpertise in synchronous, asynchronous and multithreaded programming Business insight, Complexity#LI-HybridTrade Union Non-unionizedAt Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
