Job Title: Tenure-Track Appointment, Assistant Professor in Mathematics
Position Status: Tenure-Track; OPSEU Local 685
Department: Department of Computer Science and Mathematics
Location: Sault Ste Marie, Ontario
Preferred Start Date: May 1, 2025, or as negotiated

Qualifications
-Preference will be given to candidates with a terminal degree in Mathematics, or a closely related field and a demonstrated commitment to teaching and research.
-Experience and expertise in teaching Discrete Mathematics, Linear Algebra, and Calculus is required.
-Experience in teaching courses in other areas of Mathematics will be considered an asset.
-Additional teaching opportunities will be available in Computer Science and Physics, and preference will be given to those applicants who are also able to teach courses in these subject areas.
