We would love to meet you!As a Team Leader, you will lead a high-performance team to offer our clients the cost containment solutions necessary to minimize overall claims exposure.What does your typical day look like?

• Maximize savings to grow revenue;
• Implementing and delivering cost containment strategies proven to be effective;
• Ensure that active cases are effectively managed to help reduce the overall claims experience and ensure we use cost-based objective criteria to negotiate the best possible settlement;
• Ensure financial targets are being met or surpassed, while participating in strategic planning to further develop our cost containment strategies;
• Identify improvements to processes on an on-going basis with the aim of cutting costs and improving efficiency;
• Ensure performance standards are met and corrective action taken if needed;
• Ensure the team delivers business results in all aspects of ownership emphasizing efforts directly related to corporate direction.

What skills and training do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree desired with business emphasis and 5 years’ experience in leadership or related role;
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products and Knowledge of Sharepoint;
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel for data analysis & reporting purposes;
• Knowledge of GEM processes would be an asset;
• Experience with people management.
