Job Description:Job SummaryReporting to, Manager, Training and Systems Support, this position supports the Technical Operations Systems Support Team with training development for users of support systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop training programs and material relating to Technical Operations Systems Support for end users
- Use online learning platforms, guides, simulations and in-person instructional techniques to build Technical Operations Team Members proficiencies
- Review and upgrade training programs and material as required by departmental needs and process changes
- Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of systems processes
- Participate in regular organisational meetings
- Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS) including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy

Qualifications
- Adult Learning Techniques and Computer Based course development an asset
- Experience working in aviation maintenance departments an asset
- Experience with aviation maintenance management software systems an asset
- High level of computing and software skills/knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive unit
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced and flexible work environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
