As the Operator 3, reporting to the Manager, Operations, Manager, Public Works, and the Public Works Supervisor, you will work seasonally between the Operations and Public Works divisions. You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently performing numerous general labour functions related to the maintenance, burials, and upkeep of all cemeteries within Saugeen Shores. You will support winter operations including but not limited to, snow clearing, water/sanitary emergency repairs, operation and maintenance of light equipment, and other general labour functions as required.Job Responsibiities:Ability to read cemetery maps and records for the purpose of locating cemetery lots. * Safely and efficiently complete projects, tasks, as assigned by the Operations Manager, Public Works Manager, and Public Works Supervisor.
Education and Training:
Experience and Knowledge:A minimum of one year of relevant work experience * Ability to work shift work and alternative hours during winter control, emergencies, and weekend burials.
