Look no further!Sideworx Connect Inc. is a leading temporary staffing solution company in Alberta, dedicated to connecting talented workers like you with top-notch client companies in the oil and gas industry.We have a significant demand for multi-skilled workers, and we want YOU to be a part of our team!Tank cleaning, High pressure jetting, Vac truck swamping, Pipefitting, Welders, Electricians, Flare stack repair crews, On-site project-based administration, Safety watch, Medics & General laborers.If you possess any of the following skills, we encourage you to apply:

  • Mechanical Expertise: Inspect, repair, and maintain various equipment used in the oil and gas sector, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and more.
  • Electrical Proficiency: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in oil and gas facilities, ensuring smooth operations during turnarounds and shutdowns.
  • Instrumentation and Control: Calibrate, configure, and maintain process control systems, contributing to the precision and efficiency of critical operations.
  • Pipefitting and Welding: Install, repair, and modify pipelines and process equipment with exceptional attention to quality and safety.
  • Rigging and Scaffolding: Safely move heavy equipment and provide secure access for maintenance and inspection tasks.
  • Confined Space Entry: Handle tasks in enclosed spaces with safety and compliance as a top priority.
  • Safety and Compliance: Demonstrate a strong understanding of industry safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Prerequisites

  • Previous shutdown/turnaround experience is an asset.
  • Valid Safety Tickets (i.e., H2S Alive, CSTS, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and First Aid with CPR).
  • Willingness to enter confined space when needed to be required.
  • A previous industrial, vacuum truck and high-pressure experience is an asset.
  • Previous labor-intensive experience.
  • Willing and able to travel for extended periods and the ability to work outdoors for 10+ hour shifts (including nights).
