The Department of Ecology & Evolutionary Biology is one of the largest departments of its kind in North America, with internationally renowned and award-winning faculty. The Undergraduate Assistant and Outreach Coordinator works under the general supervision of the Undergraduate Advisor and Program Manager, and facilitates the administration of undergraduate programs, coordinates student outreach and engagement initiatives, and supports a range of academic and co-curricular activities that enhance the student experience. The incumbent coordinates the administration of undergraduate field courses, internal and external student research awards, organizes the undergraduate research fair and other student-focused events, including infosessions, workshops, and alumni panels.
