WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory and logistics management to support the company’s business objectives and respond to evolving sales trends. This position oversees product inventory levels, submits production orders to the factory, and manages the vehicle allocation system. Additionally, it monitors logistics activities to guarantee timely vehicle delivery and efficient distribution operations. By maintaining accurate stock levels and coordinating production and delivery schedules, the role plays a critical part in sustaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Responsible for constant monitoring of the company’s inventory levels and distribution of vehicles equitably to zones.
  • Prepares and presents monthly production order to senior management.
  • Posting and processing monthly dealer vehicle ordering system.
  • Process company car order and Autoshow/events/PR/Marketing unit orders.
  • Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding vehicle distribution.
  • Zone supports on dealer inquiries.
  • Prioritize monthly production orders use GERP.
  • Monthly Production forecast to factory by trim/colour.
  • Placing monthly purchase order to factories.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in same or similar function with automotive experience being desirable.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian automotive market
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles
  • Knowledge of vehicle allocation systems
  • Knowledge of dealer/field operations
  • Knowledge of SAP
