Under the responsibility of the Senior Finance Manager the Vehicle Licensing Administrator assists with licensing for the Ontario Business unit.
Shifts: 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time, perm- 4 to 6 Months Contract

Responsibilites
Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, shredding
Bank and MTO runs
Gathering documents for plating units
Documentation of activity and correspondence with Operations, Rental, Sales and Finance Team to perform duties
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
One (1) year or more administrative experience in a office environment
Experience in a logistics environment an asset
Written and oral communications skills
Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines
