Lexington Rd. Animal Hospital welcomes a Veterinarian, DVM to join our friendly, collaborative team! We are a progressive AAHA-accredited renovated hospital in Waterloo, ON, and enjoy flexible schedules with no evenings, Sundays, or on-call shifts!

As a successful candidate, you value strong relationships with pet parents and the team to ensure exceptional care. VCA Canada supports your growth with extensive resources and fosters a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and work-life balance.

Requirements:

• A valid full DVM licensure with the CVO, allowing practice in Ontario

• Experience in; soft tissue surgical procedures, preventative care, and offering nutritional advice.

• Dedicated to promoting team-based medicine practices

• Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues, pet parents, and community

• A passion for coaching and mentoring students along their DVM journey

• Interest in attending conferences and networking with colleagues

• A love for all companion animals!!
