Iovate seeks a hands-on Vice President of Global Marketing to define and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across all brands and platforms. This role is responsible for translating consumer, market, and category insights into actionable strategies that drive growth, equity, and profitability. The ideal candidate excels in portfolio management, omnichannel brand building, cross-functional collaboration, and data-informed decision-making.Iovate – Commited to a higher standardKey Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategy across brands, aligning with corporate growth goals and market trends.
• Define portfolio-level KPIs to track brand health, innovation velocity, and go-to-market efficiency.
• Lead brand teams, creative production, social/content, insights, and analytics with operational and strategic oversight.
• Own marketing budget at the portfolio level, optimizing spend across digital, experiential, and retail activations.
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team focused on creativity, agility, and accountability.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee marketing research, performance dashboards, and competitive intelligence for strategic guidance.
• Establish reporting cadence and operating model between brand, performance, and creative.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in marketing within CPG, wellness, nutrition, or functional food & beverage sectors.
• Strong ability to set strategic plans and lead high-functioning teams through planning, production, execution and measurement.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and brand equity via integrated marketing.
• Experience with agency/vendor management and omnichannel execution.
• Hands-on experience leveraging in AI tools, marketing platforms, and analytics software.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
