Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The position of Warehouse Associate involves picking orders, building skids and working in various areas of the warehouse. Your primary tasks will be to build skids, double-checking orders for accuracy and quality, packing, labeling and staging orders for shipment, restocking pick lines, building displays, and working with the picking team to meet daily picking targets. The shift for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm and offers a wage of $19-20 per hour.

• Stage and palletize orders

• Restock pick lines

• Build displays

• Work with the picking team to meet daily picking targets

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse experience as an order picker

• Good communication skills

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Steel toe boots

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a food distribution facility is preferred

• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment

• High attention to detail

Work Environment

The warehouse has a total of 42 people, with 10 to 12 working in the warehouse. You will be working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The warehouse environment involves working closely with other team members to meet daily targets. You will receive GMP training and shadow a team lead as part of your onboarding process. The role requires wearing steel toe boots and includes physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $20.00/hr.
