Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a warehouse associate within the inventory department, where you’ll support the production team by assembling kits for the assembly process. You’ll use the ERP system (Expandable) to track parts, perform cycle counting, organize inventory, and pick parts for kits. You may also have opportunities to operate a reach forklift and assist with shipping if you have prior experience or interest.

Work Environment

Our multicultural, family-oriented work environment is comfortable and supportive. Dress comfortably, and enjoy a flexible Monday to Friday shift that starts between 5:30 AM and 8:00 AM, with an 8.5-hour workday.

Responsibilities

• Assemble kits for the production process.

• Use the ERP system (Expandable) to track parts.

• Perform cycle counting and organize inventory.

• Pick parts to put into kits.

• Support production and warehouse teams with additional tasks as assigned.

• Operate a reach forklift and assist with shipping if experienced or interested.

Essential Skills

• Experience in kitting, inventory, or picking.

• Ability to lift 30lbs and bend/stand for the entire shift.

• Good computer skills.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Forklift operation experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Certification or experience with narrow aisle reach trucks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 – $19.00/hr.
