Distribution company in Mississauga is looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy working in a role with a variety of different tasks and likes to get their hands into many projects. If you have 2+ years of customer service experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment, this role could be for you. Interested, read below

What’s Offered:

23.62/hr.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Support customer inquiries and coordinate deliveries and pickups
Release shipments to the warehouse
Arrange shipments with vendors
Ensure all shipments are being received and shipped on time
Work on the floor with warehouse staff to ensure orders are being processed
Support the warehouse team with labeling of products
Any tasks the operations and CSR team require

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must enjoy working in an office setting but also comfortable with working on the warehouse floor
Excellent MS office skills
Must be able to sit and stand for long period of time
