We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager with strong leadership skills and the motivation to work in a faced-paced environment.

This position is located in Mississauga, ON. We offer 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the accurate transport and storage of materials in the warehouse by establishing effective operational procedures, such as verification of incoming/outgoing shipments.

  • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of outbound orders.

  • Forecasts labor and resources required to achieve area goals. Analyzes order trends and productivity reports to determine staffing schedules.

  • Partner with other department leaders to coordinate general warehouse activities with other functional activities, such as packaging, order selection, put-away (stock availability), records control and inventory management.

  • Develops annual operating budget for assigned departments.

  • Develops and maintains standard work instructions. Ensures timely, documented training of team members.

  • Manage employee performance using established company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse distribution management.

  • Minimum 5 years’ operational team management experience.

  • Thorough understanding of all distribution operations, such as receiving, packaging and order selection.

  • Experience working in an SAP WM system environment, preferred.
